I did run across an essay which gave a definition that fits better with the commonly accepted meaning.

“A “chickenhawk,” then, is someone who vigorously endorses a war and its sacrifices while diligently avoiding those sacrifices himself.”

Lindsay Graham was technically a member of the military serving as a lawyer in the Air Force, but he never made any of the sacrifices that people normally associate with war.

Technically, as an Air Force officer, sure.

Something that I am very sure of watching your mind meandering around in incoherent certainty is that you have definitely interacted with mental health professionals as a patient.
