I think most folks here would agree that no-knock warrants should have a very limited use. They make sense when a suspected murderer is holding hostages, for example.
But my goodness, how is this federal issue?
Oh, I forgot. Everything is a federal issue now. And on a related note, I wish my township would put up a streetlight near my house. Perhaps Biden could issue an executive order in that regard.
Where I live, there are NO street lights of any kind.
Lots of Barn Lights-—NO STREET LIGHTS-—OR SIDEWALKS.
