Comparing Shiite extremists to Sunnis is like comparing rattlesnake varieties.

80-90% of the Muslim population worldwide is Sunni, though that in and of itself tells us nothing. See map below.

The Shiites are Iran and Hezbollah. Both dangerous.

The Sunnis are al-Qaeda, the Taliban, Hamas, the Muslim Brotherhood, ISIS, al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigade.

All that aside (and as you know), Hamas attack on Israel was said to have been funded by and arms were supplied by Iran
