Net worth doesn’t really matter for these purposes. His ability to service the debt is what matters the most. I’ve never played at the billions 0f dollars playing field but solely based on the expert testimony they seem to agree.
The argument is that he overstated the value of properties he owned to get lower interest rates. My point is that his income and holdings were high enough that the difference in opinion didn’t come into play.
