The first plane carrying U.S. armaments to aid Israel arrived on Tuesday evening, according to the Israel Defense Forces (IDF).

The aircraft arrived at the Nevatim Airbase in southern Israel. It is unknown exactly what types of military equipment were sent over.

The IDF reported that the armaments "are designed to facilitate significant military operations and increase preparedness for other scenarios."

"We are grateful for the US backing and assistance to the IDF, and to the State of Israel in general, during this challenging period," the IDF said. "Our common enemies know that the cooperation between our militaries is stronger than ever, and is a key part in ensuring regional security and stability."

Israel's military continues to pound the Gaza Strip with airstrikes after Hamas terrorists launched a surprise mission against Israel, slaughtering civilians on Simchat Torah, a Jewish holiday.

Why do people telegraph everyone what we are doing anymore when there are troops involved?

It’s only ammo and Israel has never asked for troops. Still I’d like to know what happened with the USS Liberty.

If the ammo takes out collateral damage I’m fine with it.

Sigh… I hope we are at least selling it. I’m all for letting Israel do whatever they think is necessary. I’m even ok with diplomatically trying to keep other nations off their back. I just wish we, as a country, could stop sticking our noses into every conflict in the world.

Well, there’s one conflict we aren’t now, and probably won’t ever be, sticking our military noses into. That’s the conflict created by the ever-widening open U.S. Southern border.

They aren’t really saying anything of meaning and it was something everyone could assume anyway, we are experts at this stuff.

The vaunted Mossad had no clue about the attack. No timely military mobilization. A thousand violent casualties. U.S. supplies necessary armaments.

So much for the impression that Israel is well equipped. Strange.

The USS Liberty? Remember, they are our friends and allies. Just forget about it.

Color me surprised what with the current administration.

If Trump were in charge, it wouldn’t surprise me.

Because our enemies are within our gates and hate us and want us to fail.

Are we sure who is getting these arms? What Biden Company is the middleman?

How mush are the recipients paying Hunter Biden for them?

When Americans are killed and held hostage, the US needs to intervene.

The USS Liberty situation was settled decades ago. But some people still like to stir old s*it to make it stink again. Anyone stirring up the USS Panay, USS Pueblo or the USS Ruben James?

No, it is only the USS Liberty.

We need to be careful what “intervention” looks like. Keep in mind we as a country are simultaneously arming Russia’s enemies in the Ukraine, stirring up ME terrorists and keeping our southern border open. Both parties are able to harm us if they wish, teamed up or separately.

Gone are the good old days when we could land operators or lob rockets without consequence. Just another proof that if you don’t control your border you are not sovereign.

We are spread too thin.

The border disaster should never have happened.

While I feel for the Ukrainian people, being Ukie myself, I also don’t think we should be funding zelensky’s war.

And we should not be giving aid and comfort to ANY who are decidedly our enemies as the islamists are.
