When I was a kid, we had to walk uphill both ways to and from school, barefoot in the snow. And we bought our own condoms.

So CA has out of control crime, illegals everywhere, scat in the streets, homelessness, inflation, unafforable housing, and this is this and banning candy is what their elected officials are worried about. Unserious.
But needles for druggies are fine. Reparations is fine.
Of course if you stop pregnancy in any way, you will hinder the left’s most sacred sacrament of abortion. Can’t slow that down.
