Fortunately, I am not the one that has to make these excruciating difficult decisions.

On 9/11, the involved aircraft passengers and crew were essentially hostages.

I believe the passengers and crew of Flight 93 made that decision themselves because they had a little more time and information than the passengers and crew of the other flights.
