Don’t these idiots have something better to do than this crap 💩, like go to the Interstate Highway and play hopscotch, tiddly winks or marbles in the traffic ? In theory they could do it all day from dawn till dusk and even all night if they wear black clothing.

I’ll even suggest a new game called Dodge the 18 wheeler while blindfolded and wearing noise canceling headsets while dashing back and forth from the shoulder to the center wall.
