There are those thaat say such as Mossad want the turmoil to get rid of Netanyahu.
The Intel Agency leadership as well as the military have been prominent in the protests / Deep State Resistance against Netanyahu.
I suspect that it is less deliberate than they have fallen into the same internal politicization, promotion based on politics, and incompetence as the US military and Intel mobs.
