The Left wants to classify any speech it doesn’t like as criminal “hate speech”. And according to them, hate speech isn’t covered by the 1A.

As long as we have a decent amount of federal judges appointed by Republican presidents, I think we’ll be okay. The 1A will mean what it was supposed to mean. But I wouldn’t place any bets on 20 years from now.
