Good question. However, I suspect that even if one AG would develop the backbone to do so, Courts would immediately rule that they did not have “standing” to challenge any election law. With Elias, it’s (D)ifferent.
It’s not election interference when a Democrat does it, only EXTREME MAGA Republicans can be charged with that crime.
