The stuff they have used was already pre-positioned. What the $6B did was emboldened the bastards to shoot up their existing supplies knowing they had the resources now to buy more on the black market. And think of all the U.S. military weapons and munitions that just sitting around and abandoned in that part of the world that are now on the black market somewhere. Biden, Obozo, and Jarrett have created it all.
