Think about what you just said. Of course he delegates the actual technology work... That is not at all what I was saying. I was saying this is now a centralized system at his personal Presidential beckoned call to use as a method of mass control. A nation wide “message from your glorious leader”.
I’m surprised it didn’t also include reelection campaign suggestions...
