Gaetz is a big spending Republican. He voted for several budget extensions, a two-year funding bill, earmarks, etc in the 2017-2018 Congress. Then voted for the CARES Act, CARES Act II, etc.
Spending is out of control. But Gaetz is holding himself out as a maverick. He’s been at the trough along with the others. It’s just easier to be at the trough when your party is in control of both the House and the Presidency.

Well I’m hearing it was b/c he bad a secret deal with Pelosi where she guaranteed enough Democrat votes for KM if a Motion to Vacate ever came up
Pelosi backstabbed him and didn’t give KM the votes, so McHenry retaliated by forcing Pelosi and Hoyer out of those offices

When you have to vote a half dozen times on a guy is like the local school budget vote, dont change anything keep voting until it is passed

RINOS don’t fight leftists, they claim their enemies are conservatives and that is who they fight. McCarthy lived with the lib pollster Luntz for years. That is his ilk. Yet the Dems are psycho warriors who attack on all fronts all the time. They invent massive lies like the Mueller investigation, which interfered with the 2018 elections and cost Republican seats. They don’t care about ridiculous preposterous charges, they lie and lie, while the Bidens shakedown nations all over the Earth. No one fights back, and the RINOs aren’t leaders, they are backroom schemes. Enough of them.
McCarthy’s spineless exit speech nailed it down for me. I am glad he’s gone.
saying (in effect) “I will never be afraid to do the right thing” mean he has no clue why he just had his a$$ handed to him.
You didn’t do the right thing, McCarthy... You didn’t keep your word.

As we wave our hands over 12 departmental budgets, keep in mind that entitlements, gimme spending, are not a part of these bills. These gimme funds are the real deficit creators.

Their purported reason for needing to vacate the chair was because Speaker McCarthy allegedly made a deal with the Democrats to push through a continuing resolution in order to avoid a government shutdown, when in fact that violated his promise to conduct regular order by passing appropriations bills.
The rest of the story, of course, is that these same Knucklehead Caucus members torpedoed the very appropriations bills that went through regular order. They were marked up in conference committees, passed out of committees, and were torpedoed on the floor for no other reason than to create the shutdown showdown. Once they got to the shutdown showdown and McCarthy refused to play that game and negotiated an alternative, they removed him.
In a week, thanks to these super geniuses, they have galvanized the overarching takeaways American have of the two major political parties.”

The Federal Government should be closed down for a minimum of one year. My guess, assuming no false flag attacks from the “Agencies” to prove their need to be, most departments could be closed.
This needs to be repeated over and ver again.
