The house should write and pass an immediate bill to fund a wall, like the current wall along the remaining 2,000 miles, using buoy barriers on the water portion; plus funding up to 100,000 troops to step up and secure the border while the wall is being installed. Goal, secured in 30 days; 100% border wall within 12 months. And maybe include deportation funding to get start that.
2,000 mile of wall is not necessary. Much of the terrain is unpassable.
