The Democrats knew that President Trump was within his power to use the laws to build the wall, but they took him to court anyway to delay his progress, and succceded.

Now we see the fruits of their labors when the LAAP-dog media keeps reporting that "Trump only built 49 miles of border wall."

Biden, on the other hand, isn't even attempting to justify using existing laws, he's waiving existing laws by diktat and expecting everyone to just let him do it.

We shouldn't allow him to build it unless it was in the legislation. We should sue him in a federal court.
