Give them all a fair and speedy trial then tattoo their foreheads with .45ACP
Nah; IMPALE THEM in the town square (done right, death takes a few days), then behead them and put their heads on 15 foot poles on the main road into town.
Put a sign under each head telling what they did and stating that this is the punishment for Capital Crimes in our county.
Give list of what the county citizens consider to be capital crimes, such as;
1: Murder
2: Rape
3: Armed Robbery
4: Burglary
5: Auto Theft
I am sure there are a lot more I just can’t think of.
