In Democratic run urban areas the vast majority of felonies including murder never result in an arrest or conviction. Often the shooting “victims” are being shot in revenge shootings. There has been a collapse of the criminal justice system in Democratic run urban areas. The collapse reflects the values and desires of the majority of the population that lives there. America is divided. There no longer exists a core consensus of commonly held decent values to unite us.

The Mafia often did the same. But the Mafia was usually careful not to hurt any innocents.
We’re not saying anything close to that in the D cities. The shooter sprays bullets everywhere. Grandmothers get hit. Little children get hit. Etc.
No one cares.
