The renter is a dirt bag, but why is owner homeless? Did he rent out his primary residence? Where would he be living if the guy did pay rent? If he has a second home, and can't afford the payments on both, how did he get evicted so fast for non-payment?

In WA the rental for one month for an RV space with hookups is around 8-900. Some homeless and some retirees can’t afford to have utilities or a spot to call home, no matter how lowly.
