My uni-party Congressman Brandon Williams is in his first term. The 22nd NY District was previously covered by Republican Claudia Tenney. They split her district, and she covers a different section of the old district, so Williams ran for the new seat last year. I voted for him, giving him a chance to prove himself, but he's been a big disappointment, and I won't vote for him again if he runs for re-election. I'd rather sit home, and know I didn't play a role in returning him to Congress. Tenney has also continued to vote to send money to Ukraine. Had she remained the Congresswoman for my district, I wouldn't have voted for her again. I've already called Williams's office a couple of times over votes he has cast, and have advised them that I won't vote for him again based on his support of sending unlimited money to Ukraine. He voted for the recent Stop-Gap Bill, as did Tenney. I will never hold my nose and vote for any Republican I believe doesn't have my country's well-being at heart. And after 40+ years, I changed my party registration from Republican to No Party not long after January 6th. These people are clueless.
I’m a real conservative. I don’t say there is ne standard for Hunter Biden, and anther for Republicans. That’s what Democrats do.
Can you name for me actual legislative accomplishments that Gaetz has? Tirades on Twitter don't count.

I agree. The odds are stacked against us. Politicians are so easily bought these days by those that appear to want America to fail. it’s frustrating.
I can understand the frustration by those like Nick, but we have to reassess our targets. To often we strike out at those seeking what’s right rather than those that are thwarting our attempts.
I don’t think any of us are of concern to the majority in Congress which seeks our demise.

If you are waiting for politicians to fix it, you will die in despair.

As for legislative accomplishments, How much power has Gaetz been afforded to accomplish legislative victories?
People like McCarthy weild power. Along with that power is congressional campaign aid. Don’t you think McCarthy has made it known that anyone who supports Gaetz’s efforts will be reprimanded?

I agree, support anyone who genuinely opposes the Regime.
It’s also worth trying different tactics, because one never knows what will work, and this Regime is powerful, but fragile.
Just because something doesn’t work doesn’t mean it wasn’t worth a try.
But, there is no fixing this via top down reform at the Federal level.
