A Ukrainian military officer claims he managed to get Russia to provide tech support for a broken down tank that was captured from Putin's forces.
A Ukrainian tank operator with the callsign 'Kochevnik' ran into problems with his captured Russian T-72B3, and cheekily decided to call the manufacturer's helpline.
To his surprise, a person from Uralvagonzavod, the tank's manufacturer, picked up and began giving him advice and support over the phone, he claims.

Update for the conflict in Ukraine for October 2, 2023
< - Ukraine’s offensive is now at the 4 month mark, exhausting its potential and failing to achieve any of its objectives;
- The Western media admits that Russia has actually gained more territory this year including during the Ukrainian offensive despite being on the defensive;
- Russia continues degrading a variety of Ukrainian military capabilities the West cannot sufficiently replace while maintaining pressure along the line of contact;
- Both the Russian economy and its military industrial base are admittedly growing while Ukraine and its Western sponsors exhaust their stockpiles, lacking the ability to renew them;
- The West continues talking about building military industrial projects within Ukrainian territory, with the UK recently claiming they may send British troops to “train” Ukrainians in Ukraine;
- This appears to be the foundation for creating a “buffer zone” within western Ukraine, similar to the US-Turkish occupation in Syria, meant to freeze the conflict;
Russian forces have gained more territory in Ukraine this year than the Ukrainian side despite the Ukrainian counteroffensive that was launched in June, The New York Times reported on Thursday.
The report noted that despite nine months of heavy fighting in Ukraine, only about 500 square miles of territory have changed hands this year. Russia has gained 331 square miles while Ukraine has gained 143, a difference of 188, which amounts to Russia’s net gain in territory so far this year.

I’m sure he told them who he was.
He did at the end of the call, after thanking them!
“This appears to be the foundation for creating a “buffer zone” within western Ukraine, similar to the US-Turkish occupation in Syria, meant to freeze the conflict”
The problem the Neocons are going to have in forcing a freeze is that Russia has to agree to it. Perhaps the Neocons will try to ‘encourage’ Russia by threatening nukes, but then again I suspect that Russia will call that bluff, just as the military Junta in Niger did with the likely French/Neocon bluff to invade there.
I guess they don’t have AAA over there.
At least he wasn't patched through to the helpdesk in Mumbai or Bangalore.

LOL.. how many times does this fable get passed around? Every war has a variety of it. Calling tech support, calling for supplies, making a phone call for fire support, etc.
Total bullcrap.
Do the Russians have a new tank that they’re dubbed the “Putin” tank?
Does Putin have his own personal tank?
🤣😂🤣
You know I will give that person credit for standing behind their product. If only the russians had more such pride in the work that they do, then they wouldn’t need to steal what someone else has made.
They do indeed have AAA in Ukraine. Except instead of a tow truck they drive a tractor!
Then the Ghost of Kiev swooped in and air-dropped the needed spare part, so he told the tech support guy “thanks anyway, have a nice day”.
LOL - and did the tech have an Indian accent and introduce himself as “Bill?”
188 miles in 20 months.
That’s less than 10 miles a day.
Pathetic.
