Gaetz has a point. If, as McCarthy says 70% of the appropriations work is done, why not bring each individual appropriation bill up for a vote? Let Chucky sit on them and cause a shutdown of just that one small sliver of useless government largesse.

I smell an omnibus porkulous bill in the making. That’s just what McCarthy agreed not to do to get support for his speaker votes.
