Could be 5G as well. Do you doubt Bill Gates when he says he wants the world population below 1 Billion and he could get 15-20 of the way there with vaccines.

Unlikely but not impossible. EM waves are non ionizing radiation and do not have enough energy to damage DNA. More than likely he was exposed to toxic chemicals knowingly or unknowingly, or was born with a mutation.
