By this “logic”, preventing kids under 17 from viewing R-rated movies at a theater is somehow a “violation of free speech rights” of the producers of the motion picture because their audience is being limited by an ‘arbitrary’ age limit. This has to get overturned on appeal. In the meantime, parents need to step in and simply withdraw their kids from any programs offering this garbage.
