You crack me up. Russians are experts at under the table dealing. This is how the sanctions and price caps have been completely subverted by Russia and their customers. The West no longer has any clue how much oil and gas Russia is selling or how much it is selling for. And surprise... the Russians are not telling through Gazprom or any other source.
