This is just silly. Disney trying to declare itself a sovereign country. So funny I don’t know where to start.
Story is nine months old. I do t know what the current status is, but the Legislature should be able to successfully abrogate the agreement. You can’t contract away the authority of the Legislature
The FAA-designated TFR’s, or Temporary Flight Restrictions, used to create restricted airspaces on an as-needed basis for POTUS, VPOTUS, disaster areas and the like, Washington DC (another disaster area, so I repeated myself) has a unique situation with Disney.
Disney, a corporation, has its own *permanent* TFR, unlike ANY other private corporation. How did they get, and how do they retain this ‘pull’?
Current Disney TFR’s date to 10/27/2014, perhaps earlier than that (these probably replaced earlier equivalents). Surface to 3000’ AGL

“Disney trying to declare itself a sovereign country.”
Well, they do call it the “Magic Kingdom”.
Isn’t that insurrection? Where’s the DOJ?
