One can read FR for free online, links to original articles, synopsis as excerpted and comments aplenty. The ability to post debate and discussion in a quasi-anonymous fashion should bear a cost to each Freeper who wishes to weigh in on things.

25 cents a day based on a 28 day month -- for any and all paying for ISP service to a provider -- is not an unreasonable amount. $7 a month is more than affordable for most conservatives, and it would enroll many who might not otherwise do so.
