I worked for a Public Employee Union, not a member. At least private employer unions are supposed to consider the company they work for ability to continue operations ( unless the government bails them out). Public employees know that the taxpayers will be forced to pay for their wages and benefits.
Right. Public Unions force the government to raise taxes. Private unions may force the company into bankruptcy.
