That’s the point I’m trying to make. If they can get Republicans shouting like Roman masses, then we can’t shame democrats for destroying our Justice system. Yes he should leave the committee he chairs but he should not give up his seat until convicted.
It’s New Jersey FGS, what do you think they will replace him with? We would lose on two fronts.
Menendez probably hasn’t done anything Durbin also done himself, and no surprise that Bob would find some support from the nations 2nd most corrupt state’s Senator anyway.
