Neither the article, nor the linked article, talk about that, but I agree it appears that the perp was driving in the oncoming before turning left. This is referred to as “the most recent Brady Street hit & run.” Huh? I’ve heard of streets and highways that, because of their design or layout are dangerous and have lots of accident, but a city street that’s known for hit & runs? That’s a new one on me.
