The Democrat-led city of Chicago is facing skyrocketing crime, homelessness, and drug use, among other problems.
As a result, many businesses are fleeing the city. Customers simply refuse to put themselves in harm’s way, which causes sales to plummet.
This ultimately results in employees losing their jobs as businesses are forced to close. Ken Griffin, who was the richest man in Illinois at $29 billion, moved his multi-billionaire hedge fund Citadel from Illinois to Florida.
Walgreens and Aldi have also shut down stores in Chicago. The Democrats’ refusal to confront crime and appropriately fund law enforcement has ultimately destroyed the city.
Chicago Democrat Mayor Brandon Johnson says he wants to open “taxpayer-funded, city-owned grocery stores” in order to deal with the problem of businesses shutting down.

Democrats have been on a Jihad against everything American since we took away their Slaves.
Chicago elections have been corrupt for over a hundred years. This is what happens when you ignore corrupt elections.
Chicago and every other Democrat-run big city in America. Maybe 25 U.S. cities are now no-go.
But after the Summer of Floyd they couldn't take it any more. Now they are just another
bunch of racists for leaving.

20 years ago, even under dem control, there were very few that would have said Chicago is going the way of the rustbelt or other dem cities of the Midwest, such as Detroit...

I would LOVE to see the liberals put (our taxes) Money where their mouth is.
They open a grocery store.
ONLY “Healthy” foods.
NO Junk food. at all.
NO “fossil fuels” in any products, no plastic packaging
Store MUST run on wind/ solar only.
0 carbon emissions.
At least $20/hr union employees.
Profit is EVIL, everyhing sold AT COST.
