Dissolve the DC Circuit
Arrest Jack Smith for abuse of power
Who is going to or can do this?
1. The DC Circuit is a creation of Congress. They can un-create it. There is only one Constitutional court.
2. Smith can be referred for prosecution out of the House Judiciary, for example, or even indicted by a county prosecutor in say, Florida, if we buy the Willis theory of anyone with a compliant Grand Jury can indict federal officers.
