Judge’s response: Motion Denied!
The problem is, it may be difficult to guarantee that a DC court will select an "impartial jury." Roger Stone's jury forema'am posted anti-Trump statements on social media. But they must be "from the state and district in which the crime was alleged to have been committed." Does the 6th Amendment have criteria that contradict each other?
