I think we’re in a hysterical discussion where unsubstianted things have been added at every step to make it more “outrageous”.

I think that person wanted to extend the Rwanda Radio precedent to these Russian talking heads on their main TV, who say Ukrainians are not human, 5 million of them must be killed and out of the rest half sent to slave camps.

That’s what I find reasonable. I have been following the English translations of what the Russians say in their state TV and it is horrible.
