1. Structured rule for H.R. 1130.
2.Waives all points of order against consideration of the bill.

13. Closed rule for H.R. 5525.
14. Waives all points of order against consideration of the bill.
15. Provides that the bill shall be considered as read.

That’s how I think of it. She sure is gonna have sad feels about that condemnation, right before she uses it as a propaganda tool (”Mean Republicans express opinion endangering public safety”).

I am confused here. What is the difference to what she did compared to NYC or Chicago and their gun laws?
Exactly! If Congress really wanted to do something about 2nd amendment rights violations, they would pass a law ensuring the right to bear arms. (Since, apparently, the actual Constitution has no pull, here).
