Add to that of the guberment not paying their bills is who is going to deliver to them in the high crime areas? Will the guberment have to have a fleet of armored delivery truck too?
Who will work for them? Will the employees receive Hazardous Duty pay? Why not just dump loads of groceries in the street? You know lazy employees will not stock the shelves.
