In my city I could tell in advance that when a small lunch place added outdoor seating the owner would find that derelicts would use the seating to sit all day and give catcalls to passing women (as they did in the small park that should be for people in dress clothes eating lunch from the nearby offices but was now for pot smokers and derelicts) or the owner would have to risk woke protests for getting the cops to evict them for customers with a fistfight or two as a result.
In this one, the owner chickened out. Cowardice is a big trait of woke people-—they have low integrity and character.
