Britain and the US imprisoned Nazi sympathisers in WW2 (well, many of them). I see no problem in Ukraine doing the same for Russian sympathisers. It is a lawful policy for a country at war.
They have a kill list filled with Western reporters that report what they see on the Russian side. Several have been murdered who are on the list if anyone gives two cents.
