There will be no universal ban on abortion at the federal level.

At the federal level, best case would be some sort of abortion up to 12 or 15 weeks MIGHT be able to get through...However, for that to happen you’d have to have people on both sides willing to defy the most vocal and active of their bases... which just isn’t likely to happen, because the political cost for a Democrat to agree with limitations on Abortions would be too high, and a Republican agreeing to abortion to a certain date would be too high.

Current environment I just don’t see the Fed doing anything on this issue of consequence... so it will remain a state by state thing.

Nonsense.

There is nothing like a Republican voter majority to ban abortions entirely.
