I use the closed captions, although the spelling can be atrocious. Every so often you can get a laugh when they substitute the wrong name or word for what was actually said in the video.

I guess, instead of him talking fast, I should've said he's "intense". He's not THAT fast, but he's intense and he quickly strings his thoughts and sentences together with that intensity, when he gets wound up. I went back to look for the interview he had with Tucker Carlson, as an example. (Thanks for the suggestion of closed caps.)
