What 99% fail to acknowledge is that Biden is not one neuron fired thought, word, or deed, different today than he was in the early 1980’s. What you see and hear today, is just the unrelenting singular focus as a president. His jibberish, low intellect traits, and self interest, are today exactly what they were in 1988.
