Headline at first glance reeked of Babylon Bee.
Why did I know it must be a yeoman?
We need to find out who thought that was a good idea and drum them out of the service.
What frikkin’ genius thought this would be a good idea?!
Some starry-eyed DEI activist in uniform was encouraged by top-down fiat to promote this sort of thing. It was no accident. And disapproval is not tolerated.
Did they fire the faggots that conceived the program? How about starting with the joint chiefs and about forty four star generals/admirals? By the way, who is responsible for losing Afghanistan and $89 billion in weapons and equipment? Has his pussy ass been fired?
sailors used to get a really good laugh attending the drag queen show in town
I mean, some things are funny and that show was designed to be hilarious
so be it. a little fun is just fine with me.
but as an advertising campaign designed to ATTRACT men to enlist? Ridiculous!
Seriously...I’m guessing this digital recruiter spent most of its time cruising the platforms that offered “alternative” sex.
Who thought this was a good idea—I’d like to see them so I can stare.
My hair hurts. There is not a word, not a phrase in all of that that does not induce cognitive dissonance.
In the first place, all Naval Personnel in their official duties are identified by a rating and paygrade and last name. A first name might be used to further identify the individual. Until this I never had any idea Naval Personne could identify themselves for official purposes with a "stage name." And what a stage name. Tell me one positive thing you asssociate with a reduced clothing stage performer with the stage name "Harpy."
The principal principle I see Tuberville standing on is a refusal to recognize that utter insanity has any place in the organization and operation of our Armed Forces.
Jaffa beautifully and succinctly demolishes the kind of nonsense that has produced the current insanity, the vestige of which in the military, Tubberville is so worked up over.
On one occasion I crossed swords with Ernest van den Haag, that resolute and unflinching advocate of scientific positivism. Our dispute had its origins at a Philadelphia Society meeting, when I was lecturing on “We hold these truths to be self evident…” Van den Haag stood up and declared “There are no self evident truths…” I then asked him, “Is it not self evident to you that you are not a dog?” He replied, “No.” I then said, “Don’t you know that you are not a dog?” He again replied, “No.” I concluded the dialogue by saying “If you don’t know that you are not a dog, maybe you don’t know that I am not a fire hydrant.” I don’t think many there left without knowing why certain self-evident truths were the basis, not only of justice, but of sanity. There is no ground for human rights in positive law unless there is a prior ground in natural law recognizing that human beings are neither beasts nor God.
The recruiting video shows that a lot of the admirals are light in the loafers.
The old Navy used to be “wooden ships and iron men”. Then it became ships of steel and men of steel. Now it appears to be ships of Aluminum and they/them/those of falsies.
They can’t find enough weird ass village people to be sailors
Bahahahaha
When I read about these freaks I can't help but think of the bawdy version of "The Shooting of Dan McGrew" by Robert Service ca 1907.
Serving on a ship in close quarters with such types makes my skin crawl and my blood run cold.
