The Trump team should watch the latest Laura Logan interview with the relative of the man who hung himself after being charged with going into the Capitol on Jan 6th.
He went to the rally with a friend and was also on the interview,he told Logan that while they were at the rally they knew trouble makers dressed in Trump supporting garb were actually Antifa,they talked with some of them and they admitted they were antifa there to create chaos and have it blamed on Trump.
So much for the Biased Judge Chutkin who said she saw Trump supporters on film ,because they had Trump garb on and had Trump flags causing chaos.

Does anyone have an actual link to the appellate decision which directed the trial court to delineate those claims subject to the statute of limitations?
Seems like a pretty clear case of error on the Trial Court’s part if the Appellate Order said narrow the scope of the case to only those not precluded to the sol and the Trial Court failed to do that.

Do you know the banks made a lot of money?” President Trump testified. “Do you know I don’t believe I ever got even a default notice, and even during COVID, the banks were all paid? And yet you’re suing on behalf of banks, I guess. It’s crazy. The whole case is crazy.”
If true, the case is without STANDING, much less merit.
