I would say that stating, in open court, that Trump should be in jail shows bias on her part. This should be a slam dunk, but she is a DemonRat, so it will not be.

If she does not recuse herself... if any of the verdicts come in guilty they will not stand, but these Democrat activists do not care about that. This is lawfare plain and simple. What we need is a law that if a judge is overridden by a higher court, they are personally responsible for paying the defendants’ attorney fees for the case.
The judge has no choice. Her bias in undeniable. Her ruling would not be respected in this case, and could lead to justifiable violence. Hmmm…that could be their plan all along.
