Err, I have a question. Has any country in the West, actually increased their arms production? I read that the U.S. is now building a whopping 19000 rounds of 155 mm ammo per month.
Well, the US defense industrial base (ie., funding, planning, and building the factories) was ramping up strongly in the period immediately prior. And we have, what, 10x the bureaucracy? (Not quite as bad as the present day Germans, though.)
