An attorney for losing GOP candidates Kari Lake and Mark Finchem told a federal appeals court they have zero evidence electronic voting machines caused ballots to be improperly counted.
But their attorney, Andrew Parker, also conceded to the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals that Lake and Finchem are not alleging that voting equipment was hacked.

Sure there is. The evidence is that when anyone has tried to look at the machines, the code, the updates, or conduct audits of them, Leviathan utterly freaks out and makes arrests, conducts lawsuits, censorship, slander etc.
That is that proof that they are fraudulent. If they were mere disconnected straight up honest counting machines, they would be proud to show it off again and again.

Of course the voting machines weren’t “manipulated”.

Also the stack of ballots being fed into the machine was fraudulent. But verifying ballots is also fought to an extremist level.
Since the person doing the altering had the access codes, I suppose that means the machines were not "hacked".
Dang. I left Arizona and the joint turned into America’s Official Circle Jerk. Of course, with all those “snowbird” boneheads drawing union pensions from the upper midwest showing up from Chicongo just in time to vote in Arizona too, the elections there have always been kinky and weird.
I watched part of that hearing. Two of the Judges appeared to be, openly, hostile to the attorney for Kari Lake. One, in particular, mischaracterized the issues, as if, he hadn’t read the briefs! But, I don’t think Kari Lake’s attorney was, particularly, energetic either. Then again, I’m not a lawyer!
There never is evidence, after the fact. But the machines are never investigated.

NO, instead they printed off ballots at the voting places at 19” long when the machines were calibrated to print at 20” the day before! I heard Kari Lake talk about this on one of the talk radio shows. When that happened, many people (including the guy in front of me at the polling booth) had their ballot stuffed into the “box” to be counted later! Wasn’t it Stalin who said “it’s who counts the ballots that matters”
Machines, in this instance, worked fine... It was just GIGO. Garbage in, garbage out.
Exactly. The ballots were deliberately mis-sized in heavily Republican areas to throw chaos into the system and suppress Republican turnout.
People had to stand in line for hours because the ballots would not read by the machines, and people had to fill out provisional ballots. Many just left without voting.
Should have resulted in an automatic tossed election.
This too. There were a bunch of fake signatures and a bunch of fake registrations.
