A top speed of 28 mph makes it pretty much useless. Artery streets have speed limits from 35 to 45 mph, and one of these would draw the wrath of other drivers for blocking traffic.
A “car”, which is used to occupy a lane of a roadway, needs a top speed of 50 mph at least.
Yep...agreed. If it did 45mph that’d be different. I’d use it for around town.
