My natural immunity which I got through training my immune system with vaccines has protected me from a lot of diseases. I have never had polio, measles, rubella, smallpox, influenza, Japanese encephalitis, or Covid because I got vaccinated. I was unfortunate enough to catch mumps and chickenpox before vaccines for them were invented, it would have been nice to have antibody-mediated immunity in place then, too, so I wouldn't have had to suffer through those illnesses.
