I guess we should be thankful that supposed “conservatives” have discovered that they too can use the “State of Exception” to suspend the normal laws and rights.

He’s not running for POTUS, he’s supporting DeSantis, he’s probably running for US Senate. I will happily pay less at the pump. I recall hearing Georgia has a surplus. I don’t recall getting any benefit from it however.

The Dims have been doing this for decades. For example, so-called sanctuary cities not working with ICE, even those border protection is a federal duty not a state duty.

It's very analogous to the nullification laws the Dims did leading up to the civil war.
