Snow peas. 3-5 a week for elders. They’re crunchy, so just eat ‘em off the vine. Easy to grow against a wall to give them a place to climb.

Cooked carrots work wonders. And apples. An apple a day really does work wonders in the body. Apparently, good gut health drives good health in most body systems.
